In its ongoing efforts to promote emerging and leading designers from around the world, Supima, the Tempe, Arizona-based promoter of American-grown, extra-long staple Pima cotton, will hold the 4th edition of the Supima Design Lab in Paris, France.

Launched in 2018 to introduce the international fashion industry to the winner and finalists of the Supima Design Competition, the SDL has grown into global fashion event featuring both emerging and leading designers from around the world. As in years past, Supima has partnered with Europe’s most established fashion competition, the International Festival of Fashion, Photography and Accessories of Hyères.

This year’s Supima Design Lab will feature select finalists from the 36th edition of the International Festival of Fashion, Photography and Fashion accessories, Hyères, leading international designers including Charles de Vilmorin, Nicolas Lecourt Mansion, jordanluca, Mira Mikati and Tom van der Borght, and the finalists and winner of the 2021 Supima Design Competition. All the designers will be featuring Supima within their collections as a way to highlight the luxurious characteristics of American-grown Pima cotton.

Scheduled for October 20th, this year’s SDL will be held at the  Paris Hotel de la Salle and will be an invite-only event targeted at industry leaders, influencers and fashion journalists. The 2021 Supima Design Lab will be a celebration of creativity and an opportunity to introduce the international fashion community to the next generation of designers.
