Shima Seiki Italia, the Italian subsidiary of leading flat knitting machine builder Shima Seiki Mfg. Ltd., is hosting an event in Italy’s knitwear capital Carpi (MO), Emilia Romagna, this month.
The company will show Shima Seiki’s latest 21-gauge WHOLEGARMENT knitting machine – the NSVR 183 V 21. Alessandro Pontieri, from Shima Seiki Italia’s Sales Division commented on social media: “For those who were not able to pass through our stand at Pitti a few weeks ago, on Thursday 16 and Friday 17 February we will present the new model of WHOLEGARMENT machine - the NSVR 183 V 21.”
“We will exhibit it at the restaurant Sporting Club da Michele, via delle Trecciaiole n.20 in Carpi, for both days from 9:00 to 17:00.”
The NSVR 183 V 21 has a knitting width of 72 inches (183cm) and is equipped with a triple Knitran knitting system. Features include, spring-type movable sinker system, Rapid Response R2carriage, DSCS, yarn gripper and cutter, lint remover, and auto yarn carriers.
Also on show will be the latest Shima Seiki Italia collection by Vittorio Branchizio, which went live at Pitti Filati in Florence earlier this month.
