The Stoll Helpline is a key element within the service concept of leading German flat knitting machine builder Stoll and its role is to give its customers the right answers in a timely fashion.
Customers, business partners and technicians all over the world are supported quickly and easily with questions about the Stoll flat knitting machines, Stoll’s Machine Management Tools and Stoll pattern software M1plus.
This valuable service has existed since 1997 and was expanded by the M1- Helpline four years later.
“Our specialists at the Stoll-Helpline-Team offer their individual expertise and solve your problems no matter whether it relates to programming, mechanical- or electronic subjects,” the company says.
Requests by phone are possible in German and English and requests in Spanish and French can also be handled by email and fax. In addition it is possible to contact the Stoll Helpline via the Stoll CustomerNet at www.customer.stoll.com .
“Recommended are requests by email. The experts receive all relevant information at a glance and are therefore able to focus immediately on the solution processing,” the company says.
If complicated requests occur the Stoll Helpline may also ask its development department for their support. For guaranteeing a quick and uncomplicated shipment of spare parts and other parts the Stoll Helpline also works very close together with the production and Spare Parts department.
The Stoll Helpline handles thousands of requests every year - most of them within 24 hours and all requests are fully documented.
“The Stoll Helpline has also the correct answer to your request,” the company concludes.
