The Spanish specialist for sustainable technologies for garment finishing Jeanologia will exhibit at the upcoming edition of Première Vision Paris that will be held next week from 16-18 September at the Parc d’Expositions de Paris Nord-Villepinte.

The company will present an innovative J-Knits collection that consists of indigo knit garments finished with Jeanologia sustainable technologies at the exhibition’s Wash and Dye space.

Sustainable technologies for garments finishing

These finishing techniques allowed developing unique eco designs creating vintage effects that reflect the wear and tear and the effects of the sun.

Jeanologia will show its sustainable technologies that it says have revolutionised the textile industry, offering great possibilities of design and finishing while respecting the environment, the company believes.

Products

According to Jeanologia its textile laser reproduces effects in an automatic and efficient sustainable way, helping to save energy, water, chemicals, hand labour and time in the production process.

The G2 eco-washer uses ozone and oxygen in the atmosphere to wear down the colour in the garment creating an authentic vintage style. It is said to reduce water consumption by 67%, save 85% of chemicals and 55% of energy. It also eliminates the use of toxic and bleaching processes such as the use of permanganate, the company reports.

The E-flow system based on the technology of nano-bubbles is designed to soften clothes without using water or chemical. This zero discharge technology is said to be completely free of waste and allows multiple functions such as softening, 3D effects with resins, water repellence and easy care.
