China’s garment manufacturing industry continues to equate imported textiles with quality output, increasing demand for premium international fabrics, designs, and styles. From 11-13 March 2025, domestic buyers will explore high-end products at Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics – Spring Edition, where the International Hall will feature key zones such as SalonEurope, Premium Wool Zone, and Verve for Design.
Marking its first return since the 30th-anniversary edition, the event at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai will host over 3,000 exhibitors from 25 countries and regions. International suppliers will be located across Hall 5.1 (International Hall), Hall 1.2 (Accessories Vision), and Hall 7.2 (Beyond Denim), with domestic exhibitors allocated by product end-use in other halls.
In Hall 5.1, SalonEurope will present sought-after European suppliers showcasing accessories, cotton fabrics, embroidery, lace, and wool. Key exhibitors include:
Alumo AG – Swiss specialist in high-end cotton weaving and shirting fabrics for top-tier tailors and brands.
Chargeurs PCC Fashion Technologies – Supplier of interlining solutions for athleisure and luxury markets, producing over 350 million metres annually.
Concordia Textiles NV – Vertically integrated manufacturer of technical textiles for professional and fashion applications.
Liberty Fabric Ltd – Creator of in-house designed printed fabrics for apparel and interiors, using cotton, silk, and linen.
Adjacent to SalonEurope, the Premium Wool Zone will introduce the Functional Suiting Display Area, highlighting quality and versatility in suiting materials. Luxury wool exhibitors include:
Abraham Moon & Sons Ltd – One of Britain’s leading woollen and worsted fabric manufacturers, operating a fully vertical production process.
Scabal NV/SA – Historic fabric supplier dating back to 1539, catering to leading tailors, luxury brands, and designers.
Yunsa Yunlu Sanayi Ve Ticaret AS – A major Turkish manufacturer of high-segment worsted wool fabrics with a global presence.
In line with rising demand for printed and dyed fabrics, Verve for Design will present print collections suited to Spring/Summer 2026. Featured exhibitors include:
Fairbairn & Wolf Studio Ltd – A London- and Shanghai-based creative design studio specialising in fashion prints.
Les Dessines – A French studio known for intricate hand-drawn prints inspired by Almodovar’s sets and Portuguese azulejos.
Nix Co Ltd – Japanese studio specialising in handcrafted floral patterns with fantasy-inspired elements.
Beyond these highlighted zones, global players such as Ecocert, KTC, and Lenzing will gather related suppliers at their pavilions. Additionally, Hall 5.1 will host country and region pavilions from France, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and Italy, including luxury wool specialist Vitale Barberis Canonico.
Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics – Spring Edition is co-organised by Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd, the Sub-Council of Textile Industry, CCPIT, and the China Textile Information Centre. It will take place alongside Yarn Expo Spring, Intertextile Shanghai Home Textiles – Spring Edition, CHIC, and PH Value.
