A complete new generation of stenters from A. Monforts Textilmaschinen make their Asian debut at ITMA-Asia + CITME - Stand no: A 36 in Hall E1.

A new generation of Monforts stenters offering a wider range of finishing, relaxation and coating techniques will make their Asian debut – including the flagship Montex 6500, the Montex 7000 TT and the Montex 6500 ‘Allround’ stenter.

Montex 7000 TT

The latest Montex 7000 TT introduces for the first time 4 m long chambers / modules compared with the standard 3 m long units; to ensure an absolute even nozzle pressure. Featuring a single gas burner or heating element and two ventilators per chamber means, for example, that a coating line comprising three 4 m chambers is more economic than four 3 m chambers.

The 7000 TT also introduces the new TwinAir-X circulating air system with a cross-type arranged nozzle system. A fully working chamber of the Montex TT will be displayed on the Monforts booth A 36 in Hall E1.

This provides an absolute homogeneous air and temperature distribution for the upper and lower process-air, required for coating processes.

Montex 6500 ‘Allround’

The new Montex 6500 ‘Allround’ stenter provides for the first time, a universal stenter and relaxation system in a single unit; offering reduced investment costs, requires less space, and provides increased flexibility and productivity.

The ‘Allround’ is a multifunctional machine incorporating a relaxation belt in between the stentering chains to provide a single machine for treating woven fabrics as well as for relaxing open width or tubular knitted fabrics.

Flagship Montex 6500

The proven Montex 6500 offers a wide range of energy saving solutions providing reduced running costs, improved efficiency and productivity. It also features a modular system of operating satellites; pneumatically operated lifting doors; fully integrated exhaust air ducts; the TwinAir system guaranteeing extreme flexibility in the stenters applications; and an integrated heat recovery system fitted as standard on all Montex stenters.

‘Golden’ stentering chains

All Montex stenters offer the latest Hercules ‘Golden’ stentering chain providing more than 10,000 hours re-greasing intervals.

Heat recovery

The Monforts Energy Tower 7000 ‘stand alone’ heat recovery system is also available with all Montex stenters and other thermo-machines.

The ‘stand alone’ system is ideal where space above the stenter is a premium. Utilising the high temperatures of the exhaust air, fresh air entering the stenter is heated to provide savings of up to 30% in energy costs.
