Germany's biggest T-Shirt and tennis wear producer, Trigema GmbH & Co. KG, headquartered in the Stuttgart area, has placed an order for three textile finishing ranges for its vertical finishing plant with A. Monforts Textilmaschinen.

The order comprises two Montex 6500 stenter frame ranges for knitted fabrics for the finishing of single jersey, double rib, fine rib and polyester fleece, as well as one compressive Toptex 8000 shrinking range.

With minimum residual shrinkage, this range especially meets the high demands of Trigema on finishing including the Ökotex 100 standard. The Monforts ranges are to be installed to update and extend Trigema’s existing machinery and will give the company a technological edge with minimum energy consumption.

With its 1,200 employees Trigema produces exclusively in Germany up to 40,000 articles per day using an average of 10 tons of fabric daily. The company was founded in 1919 and is managed successfully today by third generation by Dipl.-Kaufm Wolfgang Grupp.
