Natural Fibre Connect (NFC) is holding its annual five-day event comprising a two-day conference and mill visits in the Biella and Prato region of Italy from September 16-20.
NFC is an alliance between leading alpaca, cashmere, mohair and wool organisations the Schneider Group, the International Alpaca Association, the Sustainable Fibre Alliance and Mohair South Africa.

On the 17th, the tour will take in the companies Lanificio Cerruti, Fratelli Piacenza, Maglificio Maggia and Guabello. Zegna Baruffa Lane Borgosesia, Lanificio Ermenegildo Zegna, Oasi Zegna and Reda will then be visited on September 18th.
The Natural Fibre Connect conference will be held at the Città Studi Conference Centre in Biella on September 19-20 and include panel sessions dedicated to growers from Australia, South Africa and other producing countries.
