Textile machinery exhibitors have sold a large number of knitting machines during three days of MEGATEX 2008 held at Karachi Expo Centre. According to organisers here on Thursday, local and international industry professionals also signed memorandum of understanding (MoU)for their mutual benefits. Speaking on the occasion, APTMA Chairman Sindh-Balochistan Zone Tariq Saud said the country still retains great potential to export textile items. Key speakers consisted of President Textile Institute of Pakistan Zubair Bandukda and Chairman, National Textile Foundation Mohammad Farooq Sumar and others.
