German company Sporlastic GmbH has pivoted from making orthopaedic products to manufacturing knitted facemasks to help in the fight against COVID-19. The SP MUND-NASEN-MASKE is a high-quality 3D flat knit mask. It is reusable, washable at 60°C and the breathable 3D flat knit is particularly skin-friendly, according to the company.
The shape of the mask is said to reduce moisture accumulations in the mouth and nose area enabling high wearing comfort even with a long wearing time. The mask can be ideally adapted to the head circumference via individually adjustable rubber bands and in addition, conversion to ear loops is possible without any problems.
The malleable and removable noseband ensures optimal fit in the nose area, which is ideal for eyewear wearers, as moisture and air output is reduced upwards. The knit mask is available in platinum colour only. More information about the product can be found at: https://lnkd.in/dTD7qtA
Sporlastic normally develops and manufactures a wide range of flat knitted orthopaedic products. The company’s mission is to help people to recover and maintain their physical mobility. “As a German, family-owned company with 150 years of history, we represent excellent quality, cleverly designed products and innovative treatment concepts. When skills complement each other: we have had a unique combination of textile, fashion and orthopaedic knowledge at our fingertips for generations. These skills and our partnership with the health care supply sector confirm our motto: Together. Better in motion,” Sporlastic concludes.
