The invention further relates to a medical compression garment comprising a such a knit construction as a first knit construction and a second knit construction, wherein the stitches of the second knit construction are formed by employing an inlaid yarn (10) and a loop yarn (20). The invention further relates to the use of a knitting machine with a machine gauge of 16 to 32 needles per inch (630 to 1260 needles per metre) for manufacturing such a first knit construction or such medical compression garment.
