The innovation of the three-bar high-performance tricot machine

Leading manufacturer of warp knitting and warp preparation machines, Karl Mayer will be presenting at this year's ITMA 2011 exhibition for the first time with all of the company's business units on the same 1400 square metre exhibition stand.

"Visitors will have the opportunity to see machines which will be demonstrating all their capabilities for producing completely new textile materials, and all of them have an impressive, exceptionally competitive price-performance ratio,"  Karl Mayer said in a statement today.

"We are mainly targeting customers who dominate their special business fields by a competitive edge in technology. For these highly innovative enterprises we have high-tech premium machines on offer which belong to our company's two-product line strategy", explained CEO Fritz P. Mayer in the run-up to the exhibition.

From its Warp Knitting business unit, Karl Mayer will be showing latest enhancements of its Textronic Lace, three-bar high-performance tricot machine and RSJ machine series, known for their cost-performance ratio.

In addition, the latest models of the Jacquardtronic Lace, the DJ series and the two-bar high-speed tricot machines will also be showcased. Karl Mayer says, these machines manufacture completely new textile products, giving proof of their outstanding versatility.

In Barcelona, the company's Technical Textiles business unit will be displaying an innovation from the Malitronic MULTIAXIAL series, being a customized solution for the processing of carbon fibre.

Karl Mayer's Warp Preparation business unit will be presenting new developments which it says are also convincing by a well-balanced cost-performance ratio and by a first-class, reproducible product quality. The two machines on show aim to set new standards for the sizing sector and for the manufacture of sample warps and production warps of average running length.

"The performance profiles of all new machines and textile products definitely comply with the requirements of the respective markets - not only of today but also of the future," says Karl Mayer.
