Groz-Beckert says it has set a new benchmark in customer service by setting up Sewing Expertise Centres world-wide for fast answers to application problems, making at the same time a closer connection to its customers.
Groz Beckert's Sewing Expertise Centres offer extensive knowledge in all areas of the sewing industry, from clothing to cars and other technical textiles.

Groz-Beckert sets standards
Groz Beckert aims to provide advice in close proximity to its customers thanks to its new service and development concept. All Groz-Beckert Service Centres at the company headquarters in Albstadt, Germany and in India, Singapore and Sri Lanka, are equipped with an extensive range of machines.

The new Technology and Development Centre (TEZ) is in Albstadt, at the Groz-Beckert Group headquarters. Its modern buildings provide a generous platform for new developments.
"The future of the textiles industry has been situated in a unique environment covering more than 25,000 square metres. With its Expertise Centres, the TEZ integrates numerous machines and systems for textile manufacturing in a production-like situation. This is complemented with modern laboratory, testing and analysis equipment," Groz Beckert says.
