Interfilière, a leading international sourcing platform for intimates and swimwear, has announced a brand new, flexible format, based on technology opportunities and current market trends and requirements, for its Hong Kong edition, which will take place in March this year, at a new venue.
According to organisers, the event aims to strengthen its position as an innovations’ incubator and as a leading business accelerator platform, serving the needs of the industry in the ever-changing market environment.
The new Interfilière Hong Kong is designed to be more flexible and provide plenty of networking opportunities, organisers report. Visitors and exhibitors will be able to connect at any time and place, using new high tech devices, allowing them to share and collect information. The latest technology will enable visitors to collect the information about the products using their personal accounts at any convenient time.
Steering Committee
The event, which is set to take place at the Wave, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong, for the first time, will include a number of special events and dedicated areas, such as trend forums, meeting areas and fashion shows.
The event will be overseen by the Steering Committee. Buyers and industry experts met together in order to help organisers identify the new comers with high value and select the most innovative exhibitors that will be able to be present at the event. The Steering Committee members will also recommend speakers and themes for the conferences that should be held on Interfilière Hong Kong.
Conferences
The conference programme at the Interfilière Hong Kong trade fair will feature success stories and keynote speakers, providing visitors with the latest market and trend information during presentations and panel discussions.
In addition, a new dedicated area, called the Studio, will provide an ideal platform for exhibitors to launch their new products, solutions, and innovations during a 45-minute presentation. An undisclosed room is designed to accommodate 12 invited guests only, helping exhibitors conduct a focused presentation.
Trend forums
As always, the show will provide trend information. The trend forum will be split into two floors and will now be called the CREATIV’ LAB.
On one of the floors, Concepts Paris, in association with Jessica HAUGHTON, a young designer from Nottingham, will develop a new area celebrating creativity and technical progress, demonstrating a vision of the future of lingerie in the lives of modern women.
