A world leader in fibres, Invista is coming back to visit a second edition of Galleria Intima, India’s only sourcing fair for intimate apparel professionals that will run 23-24 August 2013.
The show will bring together some of the biggest players in the intimate apparel industry, both exhibiting and visiting this prestigious event. While many new entrants are expected, last year’s exhibitors are swarming in to revisit the show.
Its most renowned product is undoubtedly Lycra fibre.
After the tremendous response to its stand last year, where it showcased some of its latest products in collaboration with some of its key customers such as PS Fashions and Abhay Group, Invista is now ready to showcase its latest nylon, spandex and fibre products.
“After a fruitful experience last year, we are looking forward to participating at Galleria Intima again this year. It is a great platform for all stakeholders within the industry including mills, brands, retailers and designers to come together and share industry insights and new ideas,” said an Invista insider.
Guided by the company’s philosophy to delight the end-consumer, Invista will be showcasing its latest innovations:
Varun Kapoor, segment marketing manager, South Asia of INVISTA, explained: “We have seen a rise in demand for Lycra fibre products over the previous years and through these innovations we aim to further add immense value to our customers.”
Galleria Intima, that first took place in 2012 and had great success, is now set to be almost three times larger with more than 12 countries taking part.
The wide scope of the event encompasses lingerie, beachwear, swimwear, loungewear, nightwear and shape wear and even extends to hosiery and knitted products like socks and stockings.
Visitors will experience a taste of the intimate apparel industry at Galleria Intima 2013 where exclusive exhibits of fibres, fabrics, laces, embroideries, accessories, machinery, automated technology and packaging materials by unique intimate apparel manufacturers and suppliers will be showcased.
Adding to the trade atmosphere are the technology and software solution providers of CAD, PLM, sustainable technology, production, monitoring and forecasting. The event will also be introducing OEM and Private Label manufacturers to the industry.
