The international reference event of the sector held in Florence from Wednesday 22 to Friday 24 January is, the company says, the perfect opportunity to present the “first-ever preview of the first organic pilling-free cotton, soft, clean with an extremely defined shape for high regularity and light garments.” The new yarn, FeelFine, a 100% organic cotton yarn, “created with a controlled and sustainable supply chain and, above all, with a high flexibility in applications and counts, in order to be used in the most different ways, from hosiery to more structured knitting.”

“This represents a crucial step for Monticolor, due to the important investments in research and development as well as in the production and logistic processes,” the company said in a statement today.

“FeelFine fully represents Monticolor and the coherence of its history: production of the highest quality yarns for garments. The features and the colours give well-being and unique tactile and visual sensations. They are extremely performing, suitable for any change of place, situation and, above all, mood.”

“It is the result of the path of a team who shares the passion for its work and the philosophy that has always inspired Monticolor: to create collections with colors, patterns and constructions always in sync with the latest trends and ahead of the future ones. It is the outcome of research and constantly new incentives, suggestive and ready for any new challenge.”

“Created in 2008 with the first GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certification, the Colors For Life products family represents for Monticolor the focus of its attention to people, their well-being and sustainability in all available forms: from the ethics of workers, to the protection of the environment and the natural resources. All the certifications we obtained indicate a well-defined path and the continuous improvement of each production step and all its structure.”

“FeelFine is all of this! Not only the current result of the Monticolor path, but also a starting point for tomorrow, when quality and sustainability will be the main aspects that everyone will demand to wear every day.”

Monticolor looks forward to seeing you at stand i/11, where it will be happy to present FeelFine and the new SS 21 collection personally.
