Project and context
The socks process distinguishes its products by combining technical yarns (natural & synthetic) and innovative knitting structures by supporting design and application for technical results. We are looking for a new collaborator to serve our sustainable project - a Textile Component Engineer, to develop, validate and industrialize a relevant and sustainable component offer for our users benefits.
Responsibilities
Strategic Level: Sustainable yarn developer
-Validate technical yarn and components for our user needs
-Characterize and validate yarn components
-Create different yarn solutions to improve our socks offer
-Define and manage engineering strategy to deliver worldwide products or components
-Establish indication test to measure the level of effectiveness of our components
-Participate in the acceleration of socks sustainable component validation
Candidate
-Curious and passionate about textiles, especially yarn and knitting
-Your natural curiosity leads you to challenge existing practices and come up with innovative solutions
-Well organization & autonomy
- +3Y experience in the textile and industrial world, preferably in industrial spinning
-Preoccupied with our environment and eco-design
-You speak English & you have French Notions
-Available to travel regularly
