Southampton, UK based Kingly, which manufactures in Sofia, Bulgaria, has been shortlisted in the Green Company of the Year category at BizX Awards. The event celebrates the achievements, values and contributions of businesses and their owners across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The award ceremony took place in London on 20 April 2023.
Kingly's mission is to minimise the negative impact of the textiles and apparel industries. The company had the chance to put the spotlight on its zero-waste sock knitting facility and explain the benefits of using sustainable promotional products for its customers’ advertising campaigns and giveaways.
However, the acknowledgment would not have been possible, the company says, without the support and guidance of Chris Churchman from Action Coach, who is helping navigate Kingly towards business excellence.
During the BizX Business Forum that preceded the awards ceremony, Kingly's Founder Rob Armour was inspired by the talks of Lord Sebastian Coe, Sir Ranulph Fiennes, Mary Portas, Marcus Sheridan and many other exciting speakers. The event can motivate and generate productivity and growth throughout any company, Kingly says.
