SwissCotton Silver is a blend of 90 – 95 % high-quality cotton and X-Static, a Polyamide fiber coated with pure silver. The X-Static silver fiber delivers excellent antimicrobial, anti-odor, antistatic and therapeutic characteristics. In addition, X-Static’s conductive properties help regulate temperature: It’s warm in winter and cool in summer.

Thanks to these characteristics, which are maintained even after numerous washings, X-Static is perfectly suited for sports and everyday life. Because silver is a broad-spectrum antibacterial agent, it’s also used in medical applications. Wound-care, the treatment of neuro-dermatitis and athlete’s foot are examples of a wide range of possible applications.
