Karl Mayer will present its latest warp knitting and warp preparation technologies tailored for the North American market at Techtextil North America 2025. The event will be held from 6–8 May at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, where the company will be featured within the German Pavilion in Hall B.

The company will spotlight three advanced machines through video presentations, material samples and expert interaction: the HKS 3 M-ON tricot machine, the Wefttronic II RS Raschel machine with weft insertion, and the Prowarp automatic sectional warping machine. Together, these innovations showcase Karl Mayer’s strategic alignment with the evolving demands of technical textile manufacturers in North America.

“The energy of reconnecting in person at Techtextil, engaging with our customers and discussing real-world applications is inspiring,” said Mariano Amezcua, President of Karl Mayer North America. “This is where future growth conversations begin.”

The HKS 3 M-ON machine, a flagship in tricot fabric production, offers a blend of flexibility, speed and cost-efficiency. With three guide bars, this model is the most widely used in the North American warp knitting market and is expected to garner significant attention.

The Wefttronic II RS, meanwhile, has proven itself in applications such as roofing substrate manufacturing and geotextiles. Its weft insertion technology allows for reliable, high-volume output and remains a popular choice among industrial textile producers.

A key highlight is the PROWARP sectional warper, equipped with the Proactive warping system. Designed to improve production efficiency, the system delivers scalable warp quality monitoring through three modules. From essential warper sensor values to camera-based optical assessments and detailed quality protocols incorporating yarn tension data from the Multiguard system, the Prowarp offers comprehensive control and traceability for manufacturers seeking enhanced consistency and performance.

Karl Mayer’s presence at Techtextil North America 2025 is set to strengthen its engagement with the region’s growing technical textiles sector, offering targeted machinery solutions and reinforcing its role as a leader in warp preparation and knitting technology.
