5 categories - Bibs-Jersey-Baselayer-Protection-AfterBike - are linked together by clear performance such as muscle sustain, comfort, breathability, quick drying, resistance to abrasion and to pilling and UV protection.

Fabrics within the Brugnoli Cycling Collection have been tested and certified according to UNI certifications in order to guarantee official evaluations and to allow brands to choose the most suitable fabric. “You can find second skin fabrics with Explosive Technology conveying outstanding freedom of movement and high muscle support, ideal both for aero-fit garments and for competition kits,” says Brugnoli.

With the new launch, Brugnoli is introducing a new breakthrough technology dedicated to warm fabrics delivering extra soft hand-feel, high resistance to pilling and abrasion in a warm and gorgeously rich/premium fabric, reducing volume to the minimum and making layering system easy and more comfortable.

“Cycling passion is now also driven by women creating a growing demand also for glamorous stylish details and creative combinations, that’s why Brugnoli is proposing 5 different looks with attitudes, moods, colours and textures, while maintaining high performances,” the company adds.

Cyclists wearing Brugnoli fabrics - Essential Pro, Daring, Chameleon, Centered and AfterBike - can choose from unconventional meshes, breathable structures with variable ventilation areas according to design, made to measure colours and tailor-made solutions.

As per Brugnoli’s tradition and know-how, the collection is particularly rich in eco-sustainable solutions such as fabrics with bio-based polyamide, recycled polyamide, polyamide with enhanced biodegradability, eco-sustainable patented production process Br4 with low consumption in water and energy.

“Concerning eco-sustainability, Brugnoli has just been granted ZDHC - Roadmap to Zero certification which is on top of all the other company and product certifications already obtained such as: GRS - Global Recycled Standard, RWS - Responsible Wool Standard, Oekotex Standard 100, Tessile e Salute, BCI - Better Cotton Initiative, Supima Cotton and a double international patent for its Br4 eco-sustainable production process,” Brugnoli explains.
