Circular knitting machine builder Terrot is developing a new needle selection technology, which it will launch at this year’s ITMA textile machinery exhibition in Milan. The show will be held from 8-14 June 2023 at the Fiera Milano Rho, Milan, Italy.
The German company’s Head of Marketing & Communications, Uta Weber commented: “The turn of the year started the ITMA year. Preparations in all areas are already in process. Terrot R&D and Innovation Lab are currently working on a new needle selection technology.”
Ms. Weber declined to give details of the new technology due to the importance of the forthcoming ITMA. Many machine builders save their innovations and new technologies for launch at the show, which is the world’s leading textile machinery event, taking place every four years in Europe.
“The name Terrot stands worldwide for quality and top performance in the production of electronically and mechanically controlled circular knitting machines,” Ms. Weber said.
Experience makes the difference
Innovations have a long tradition at Terrot. The Chemnitz based company’s goal in the Research and Development is to seize current market trends and to realize them as innovative products. Quality, a maximum degree of efficiency and a high cost-performance-ratio are always in the foreground at the development and the engineering of its machines. Terrot says its advantage through experience, technical know-how, expertise and commitment is shown in its everyday performance.
“Quality is our highest priority since the beginning of our company history - as quality characterises a brand like Terrot. Our business success and therewith also the success of our customers is significantly affected by our performance. Therefore, we always present high-quality, extremely long-lasting and user-friendly solutions to the market. This means for our customers an investment in future-proof producer goods, increase in productivity, development of new markets and thus the assurance of the own business success,” Uta Weber concluded.
