Last weekend’s Texpo Eurasia, held from 26-29 March in Istanbul, turned out to be the perfect occasion for Italian circular knitting machine builder Orizio to display its very latest developments in the field of high technology circular knitting machines, the company reports.
The Istanbul show is the most important textile machinery show for Turkey and surrounding countries and Orizio says the show was a great success with many enquiries for new machines received.
MJ2EN single jersey
Amongst the latest Orizio novelties on show was a newly redesigned single jersey machine with needle by needle selection in three way technique for the production of top quality structured fabrics with surface effects and jacquard. The Orizio MJ2EN machine model was shown in a 30 inch, 8 gauge, 36 feed format. Each of the MJ2EN’s feeds is fitted with electronic needle selection by means of piezo-ceramic actuators.
Three way technique selection allows the automatic passage from one structure to another as well as partial or total pattern blanking-off. According to Orizio, the machine is basically designed to knit perfect basic stitches with two or more colours.
MCT2EN double jersey
At the Orizio stand at Texpo Eurasia, the Brescia based company also showed an MCT2EN double jersey machine equipped with three position electronic needle selection to knit patterned fabrics and jacquard fabrics with stitch transfer.
The machine displayed was a 30 inch, 8 gauge variant, which Orizio says has endless possibilities. “The potentiality of the machine are numberless and such to allow the possibility of knitting all the rib-base and interlock-base stitches as well as 2 up to 6 colours large dimension patterns,” commented company owner Alberto Orizio.
Both machines were equipped with the very latest Orizio Oritec control panel with USB quick connection and 512 megabytes operative memory capacity for the execution of several large patterns and fabrics.
Orizio Srl based in Gussago (Brescia), Italy, has been actively involved in the knitting industry for the last sixty years in the production of large diameter single knit, double knit mechanical and electronic circular knitting machines.
The Orizio brand, founded in 1952, is well known in the circular knitting industry worldwide. Engineering and production of high technology circular knitting machines accompanies customized service and customer care tailored to its customers needs which come from a highly versatile market.
