Eurojersey, a leading Italian warp-knit producer, has chosen Framis Italia as its heat taping technology partner. Thanks to the innovative NoSo Bonding Technology performed by Framis Italia, it is possible to manufacture seamless sports garments using special adhesive tapes with elevated elastic properties to ensure maximum freedom of movement.

Taping is the special  application of heat welded bands to create a body mapping effect on the ultra-flat surface of Sensitive Fabrics, and offer an avant-garde look that is linear and homogeneous, along with a comfortable and practical fit as only a totally seamless garment can offer, according to the company.

“Sensitive Fabrics offer excellent technical and aesthetic qualities, which are ideal for sportswear applications and fruit of Eurojersey ongoing research,” it continues. “Comfortable and high-performing, Sensitive Fabrics facilitate body movements in perfect safety, no matter what the weather conditions, thanks to thermoregulation and protection against UV rays. They adapt naturally to the body shape, sculpting the figure with a correct support and calibrated compression, and offer breathability and lightness.”

Sensitive Fabrics also do not pill and are designed to guarantee perfect shape retention even after frequent use and washing, as well as being extremely quick to dry. Smooth and even thanks to an ultra-flat surface and endowed with an elastic memory, Sensitive Fabrics can make the perfect ground for innovative manufacturing technologies, according to the manufacturer.

Eurojersey will be exhibiting its new activewear collection at Functional Fabrics Fair, from 22-23 October in Portland, OR, US, and at Performance Days, in Munich, next month.
